Privacy policy

The data controller is the association identified above. You can contact us about any privacy matter at savanasocialclub@gmail.com.

When you apply for membership: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth and, optionally, the name of the member who referred you.

On your first visit: we check your ID or passport to verify your identity and age, and you pay the membership fee at the club.

To manage your membership application and keep the association’s register of members.

To verify that you are 18 or older.

To contact you about your membership and answer your questions.

Performance of the membership agreement you enter into with us (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Compliance with legal obligations, such as age verification, the register of members and accounting (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Your consent, for any optional communications. You can withdraw it at any time (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We keep your data while you are a member. After your membership ends we keep it only for as long as legal obligations require, for example six years for accounting records, and then delete it.

Service providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement: website hosting and email provider.

Public authorities, only when required by law.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent. Write to savanasocialclub@gmail.com with a copy of your ID.

If you think your rights have not been respected you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website only stores technical information in your browser that it needs to work: your age confirmation. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the Visit page is loaded from Google Maps only when you choose to open it.
